TVSEMINARY makes provision for state-recognized diplomas through a partnership with other state-licensed evangelical schools.

TVSEMINARY has established a special partnership with Saint-Petersburg Christian University (SPbSU). SPbSU is registered as a religious educational organization – an evangelical theological college providing accredited higher education based on evangelical values. The University works under the license № 0009545 series 90Л01, reg. № 2477 of Nov. 18, 2016, issued by the Federal Educational and Scientific Supervision Service.

On the basis of this license SPbCU has the right to issue diplomas of higher education to its graduates. According to the current regulations, a diploma of higher education of the standard form has the same legal force as a state diploma of higher education.

How do our students benefit from a partnership with Saint-Petersburg Christian University (SPbCU)? In addition to the diploma granted by TVSEMINARY, each of our graduates can receive a state recognized diploma of higher education granted by SPbCU. TVSEMINARY is currently negotiating with the South African Theological Seminary (SATS)
— https://sats.ac.za/. SATS is a state accredited school (registration number: 2002/005184/08, PBO (18/11/13/2403), NPO (033-343-NPO). It is a co-founder of the National Association of Distance Education Organizations in South Africa (NADEOSA), a member of South African Institute for Distance Education (SAIDE), the International Council for Higher Education (ICHE) and the International Quality Group (CIQG).

Just like TVSEMINARY, South African Theological Seminary is a member of the International Council for Evangelical Theological Education (ICETE).

All SATS graduates receive an apostil and they can undergo the procedure of nostrification in their country in order to gain recognition of their credentials. According to the agreement with SATS, SATS diploma can be granted to TVSEMINARY graduates who have defended their degree qualification paper (in English) at SATS.
